Verify your SBK healthcare card now

In order to be able to send you the PIN and PUK for your SBK healthcare card, we are required to verify your identity as well as the successful delivery of your card. The identity check and the associated verification of your SBK healthcare card is done completely digitally together with our partner Nect. All you need is a smartphone (Android or iOS) and 3-5 minutes of your time. Please start the verification by entering the last 8 digits of your card ID number (see picture).
